    thats totally possible as well, the 10m that was put down in the first round of fundraising was raised from one entity  and the rest of the money is apparently all from a small group and over supported according to the last releases from ISI . . .. So they may not need to tap the "sophisticated investors" market. Someone may have waved a magic wand from afar and said "I want in and i want all of it"
