Probably, although at this stage in the game I would be perfectly happy to see Tunksy unleash his gold powers on us all, at Joyce or anywhere else. If cobalt companies can't be economic at these price levels then there's not much point - albeit MEI has shown that it does have interest in finding good ground and doing deals with it so anything could happen.
