Hey guys, I just worked out how RCY can become a real winner. All they have to do is get two cars every day to break down on the Capitan Cook or Story Bridges during peak hours - the existing roads become grid locked when that happens and everyone would be forced to use the tunnel!
On a more serious note, I would be interested in seeing a detailed forecast of revenue and expenditures for RCY for when it opens. I asked for this about a month ago but noone seems to have one. A copy of a forecasts included in the original prospectus or a more recent analyst report would do. The horse has probably already bolted with the share price appreciating over 60% in the last month. I am trying to get a feel for their expected operating and financial costs to see if it is worth investing in. Unfortunately the original prospectus is not available on RCY's website.
