hi cyan, as i have said, i can't fathom why a company would move to raise capital so abruptly in the fashion they have when they allready have $1.5mill in the bank, and use the explanaion " for general working capital within the Company’s existing business and... the examination of potential acquisition opportunities"
UNLESS, of course, they already HAVE a potential acquisition. in which case, all we would be waiting on is closure on the deal. again, if they are at the cap raising stage, surely that closure must be pretty close, perhaps just a cheque signing away?
again, compare to FSE, who have half the money and twice the market cap purely because they have been trying to sew a big coal deal up for over a year now. so if FSE can continue in said fashion for so long, why would FUT urgently need to double their money and throw a MASSIVE CARROT in the form of the dec. oppies out in front?
i know it is only hypothesising, but i can't see how they can have convinced anyone to give them any more money at this stage without something to waive under their noses.
i maintain that news must be imminent, and the lack of selldown suggests most people seem to agree.
