GBP has an english entity and is seperate to GBP Australia, with its own financials and shares on issue etc,
Nope - the only GBP is an Australian company. The UK quote merely allows people to trade shares in GBP in Sterling - but they are exactly the same shares as those listed in Australia.....and there are only c 174mn out in total!
