Target on GBPUSD has been reached. Closed for a total of 135 pips.
Yup, EURGBP is a quick and easy guide to the correlation between EURUSD and GBPUSD. I know a few people who trade the range differential i.e. if the EURGBP is above the 15 period ATR, they do opposite trades on EURUSD and GBPUSD. I have backtested a model on it before and although it works, I don't like the risk of it keeping the same differential without closing the gap (occurs about 35% of the time on an hourly trading period).
