As they have chosen to release the quarterly report at the last day of the month it is probably bad news. It appears they keep changing ships around and if they are struggling to increase shipments, as it appears that the maximum they can ship in July is 13 they have not solved the production problems yet.
The 2013-14 Annual Report would also be due soon and wonder how much losses they have made.
