Decent Director's don't consistently tell you how excited they are in the absence of any real progress. Hindsight is a marvellous thing. The second time Kiddle said he was excited about the future he should have been sacked.

We were all incredible fools. At the time I was upset about him and his excitement but as many of us do did nothing and just hoped for the best. Now after 6 years of pain the ultimate event you end up with nothing and Kiddle is free to do what he does best.
