We all know who you're referring to who got more and more involved with the company and lost an enormous amount. We won't mention his name. It would not be fair. He was acting on good faith and that's the bottom line.

Kiddle and Evans have a lot to answer too in my opinion. I cannot see how Kiddle will not in the end bring himself down. What makes him tick will not change. All the carnage he has left behind and his arrogance will bring him down. Evans is a Certified Practicing Accountant by profession. What an absolute mockery Evans has made of his profession. He was put in there to keep the B...'s honest and history tells us he couldn't even organise Kiddle's lunch money let alone run the finances of a business.

I have recently contacted ASIC. The only area that might be challenged is with the C Group because they presented a signed document to the Board agreeing to support the cap raising. The other Director's who agreed to support the cap raising and subsequently didn't ASIC are taking no action. No wonder ASIC is called a toothless tiger.


Shareholders shafted so badly. Where is the justice ?
