Gavin Campion faces sentencing on Jan. 30 for falsifying $25M in stated revenue.

Very concerning article about Gavin Campion, former DUB Non-Executive Director, pleading guilty to falsifying $25M in stated revenue figures "through at least a dozen sham license agreements" when he was President of Kit Digital. He faces sentencing on Jan. 30.


This does raise the question, if then, why not now with DUB. Especially given the quantity of announcements from Dubber that have never resulted in revenue, but have resulted in both performance shares being issued to Gavin Campion, Steve McGovern and other Directors along with the share price rises.

In particular the relationship between DUB and Knosys (ASX: KNO) and GoCloudIT Master Distribution Agreements that resulted in Performance shares being issued yet no revenue ever being booked.
