Sorry rexsh but its a pay for article and dont want to get caught up with copyright.

Basically it is pointing out how with the fraccing coming up in pel 218, as he states "the local shale gas industry is just weeks away from a milestone development that could see the sector?s listed first movers re-rated across the board".
