OIP was looking to farm-OUT high-impact prospects to reduce the capital exposure.
By merging with a company that has little cash, OIP would be doing the exact opposite - they would be spreading their capital more thinly over more projects. Farming IN to more projects, but receive little extra cash.
Is this what you as shareholders want? Or do you think that the projects OIP already have, if explored properly, should provide enough targets to profitably employ OIP cash and add value?
Contrary to the belief of some, OIP is not a cash-rich/asset poor company. They HAVE assets. They just haven't drilled them.
