if KEY seriously consider raising money within the next 2 months this will be at least at a 20% discount to the market-traded price, 8c is quite reasonable IMO

it is not my order but I've been considering a similar order since I had to sell about 60% of my total holding upon the share issue approval (I'm a foreign investor and cannot generally participate in SPPs)

personally I think that the SPP will only happen after a good announcement, hopefully related to TZ but cannot see a sustained positive move with the raising hanging over the SP, the KEY directors effectively killed any larger future SP appreciation with this move...

still hold about 800k but my patience is wearing thin
