Good point. All I can think is that 114 PJ might refers to Talma only as opposed to the combined reseves of PEL 457+479. Which would imply that most of those 3P are still to be exploited/announced.
Of course the alternative explanation is that the management is using a random number generator to infer 3P reserves...
