Agree, the break out is related to the greater certainty re COE's future, production well drilling and pricing. Re-ratingof COE in progress. Another 12 - 24 months not a long time in the scheme of things. World pricing seems to be tightening on the energy front. Just look at the Australian bowser prices for petrol and recently diesel.
