    this overhang is alot of noise I think personally

    When the company did the deal the stock was trading in the low 1c level

    As it progressed towards drilling of the project in good markets it went as high as the high 3's so pretty much tripled pardon the pun ROFL

    Now the stock managed to triple with this so called overhang of shares
