Agree with Masterfoods on this one. Yes there are more than likely rigs in the vacinity. However, one on standby (sitting waiting) would be a costly exercise.
Don't want to put your fire out but if you think the well will be on production 15 days after approval is granted you're dreaming. It won't happen.
Approval will be granted and the rig contracted to suit the operators schedule. Once on the well pad the existing well will be drilled out and 15 days later (IF the crew has no down hole issues) it will be put on production eg. Wellhead installed and flared.
Then over a period of 12 months, testing will be carried out to ascertain flow rates and sustainability.
Hopefully we will get periodic updates..........?
