Ok I don't any ROG at the moment but please don't think I am trying to "Down Ramp".
But how can RG said that he has a suitable rig on standby, when no one knows the date which the application will be approved? Is it going to be May? August? December?
The rig doesn't just sit there and waiting for RG's command.
