Actually, one positive from your article is the quoted cost of US$2 Billion for a new LNG import facility, compared to the US$130million spent on the Pagbilao LNG Hub, which is 90% complete (99.75% complete in June 2016!!).
No wonder EWC is saying that in 2018 their value of assets will rise to US$4Billion.
