Don't think I said "civil unrest". I was referring to disclosed info about right of ways in Sengkang. As I understand it they are still securing the r-o-w -- if your info is more up to date I defer to you.

Feel free to disregard my opinions. But do try and assess this within the facts of these markets - and there are a ton of facts in the public domain. Also remember that for investors like Chandler and SCPE, the investment has been made and the money invested. Neither is to my knowledge putting more in (SCPE of course declined to put in their second tranche). The key next sources are Indonesian banks for Sengkang, and DBP for the PH power plant. Plus of course whatever they can do from their existing free cash flow.

I have been on the STX space on Hotcopper a few times and I notice on that some real technical inputs from petroleum engineers that seem appreciated. I notice here that one is either labeled either a boiler room guy or a shorter (or in my case, a lobbyist!). No worries, mates - not the worst name that has been hurled in my direction. Used to work as a regulatory economist and you know what they say ... when everybody hates you, you are probably doing your job decently.
