If so there is a fair overhang which would hit the SP hard.

On balance I think they deserve a chance - the SP is floundering, ME is disappointing, DW should be sold, Bowling should be sold. A breakup is what these guys might do and I think they have my vote.

And they are offering a solution which is far more than what AAD has said of late. The Company is attacking a significant shareholder rather than opening the door and engaging with people with decades of business experience and success. Another major investor (WAM) slammed the Board's performance yesterday.
