The SP of XST has not responded very much at all to the 33 million plus interest summary judgement .
The announcement seemed to indicate that they would try and expedite a settlement .
I suppose the defendants can appeal but they may not have a case strong enough to appeal ?

It is certainly a very material amount for such a small MC company .
A settlement for even half the amount would change a lot for this company .

The Dempsey well appears to be an important discovery in formations that had previously been thought to be non commercial .
The signaling to the shareholders to be patient while they tried to tie up more leases before fully testing the lower zones seemed obvious to me .

If they get a high flow they have to announce it to the market .
The cat is out of the bag .Leases go up in price and bigger players move in .
They are going to move slowly for awhile imo .
Patience is needed .
I bought some today .
Worth a pump .
I think the market has got it wrong about Dempsey .
It may be very big .
