Gardening, fishing and ADI, what do they have in common.
They do not have instant success and you need a lot of patience. Newcomers usually want instant action without much effort.
You need to "know how". You need to have the right state of mind. Gardening is not just a case of buying "potted colour" and plonking it in the ground. There is a season, the weather, the aspect and the location.
In fishing there is the tide, the time, the season and the location. There is the right tackle and the right bait. You also need plenty of time and patience. Then you have to take into account the big one that almost always gets away. Often with fishing there is someone beating you to your favourite spot and you have to settle for second best. How many times do you see someone fishing for hours then go home around the time the fish will start to bite.
Most of the above applies also to ADI. There has been a learning curve. The big one may have escaped in the early day but there is still some nice ones to be caught.(20% to 10% interest). They do have a great location.
My main interests in life are gardening and fishing. I'd like to thing I am successful at both. They are funded by investments so there is a relationship. The relationship goes further in the fact that I believe that the patience and relaxing that goes with two rubs onto the third and has allowed me to have the state on mind to have made ADI,AUT and EKA a great money spinner and investment over the last few years.
