IMO if we have to wait until the end of January to learn which one of your scenarios could play out it would be considered to be a failure even if the news is somewhat good. End of January is just on 4 months away and no significant news (the news on flow rates that everyone wants) will see the share price creep below 10 cents. It would really spoil any potential return not to mention the options being well out of the money and closer in time to expiry. I wonder how OEX will be able to come back and convince option holders or future investors to support the company in that scenario? Another capital raising at a low price would not be helpful in 2015 and further damage market perception of OEX of not delivering shareholder value.
