Well after all that info from your post I have downgraded my view of Fiji land. Had no idea of all that stuff !! there goes the vision of waving palm trees.. coral reef.... white beaches... coconut-cocktails after five.

You would not want to buy a block.... you could never be sure who owned it... need to confirm who had clear title!

Certainly the mortgage documents need to be examined in detail. As I recall, and am probably wrong, there was a motion to roll-over the mortgage which I cannot recall being passed.

Really the next move is up to the Noble Boys. It had better be radical.

The one big thing they have on their side is overwhelming shareholder support. That is their weapon. What they propose will be carried.. and this time they better get superior advice.

No point sitting on a Board where you get out-voted every time. You become a mere spectator. Useless.

Maybe you only need to find an excuse, like some impropriety somewhere, to make out a case for all Board positions , including the Chairman to be declared vacant. No shuffling one director out and another in. Some revelation about Fiji, anything..... a manufactured or real "border incident" as it were.

Or even without.

Or, the excuse that four directors is a cost that SXX cannot sustain.
Or as Directors, you may choose not to sign off on the accounts..... and require a spill to sort out the standoff..

The very fact that SXX has no income, no immediate prospect of such, has two directors representing the majority of shareholders who are unable to get resolutions passed (i.e.to terminate Fiji) should be grounds for a spill of all positions.

No need for long letters. Just do it.

.. anyway.... there MUST be a way to get majority shareholder control.

THAT is the issue... not whether Fiji has value.. That is a waste of time. At the end of the day, when you get control, you might just have to call in the Receivers to NBBC and hope for 1c in the dollar.
