Maybe SXX needs MORE directors.
Is four really enough? Is there sufficient range of opinions on the Board, or is the board bored. Another three or four directors would help. Then you can hold decent directors parties too.
With a Board that is unified and not factionalised .. and lots of cash in kitty... there is only one way for SXX to go.... Upwards... but then remember, what goes up etc
