interesting point-and yes, i am still on the sidelines !
does anybody know why the last divvy was so high? was it some sort of special divvy? and what is the probable divvy going to be these results?
anyway, at current SP, the divvy is still going to be at least 7%FF for the year.
and the results should be OK because the housing market in QLD is going gangbusters.
and to top it off, they are just so easy to deal with for the customer!
