There is no doubt in my mind that at least part of the reason for the latest dive in the share price is the scandalous attempted grab for cash by the directors. Each of the gentlemen in question is a shareholders and their reward for performance should be the appreciation in the value of their shareholding. For them to reward themselves "Performance Rights" when the performance has quite frankly been absolutely dismal is an outrageous farce.
It would be far better if they put their efforts into getting one of their projects actually off the ground instead of dreaming up more schemes in which to reward themselves at shareholders expense.
