dradam, i do not believe there is such a thing as luck unless you are using a squat loo with your keys in the back pocket and they are still there when you get up lol but of a more serious nature, calculated risk is what it's all about. if one calculates and the odds are good then the risk is worth taking. lose one at good odds to one's calculations then another will come along as good and give the overall profit. I knew bbb was a vulture lol. he had to be, as in my book bbb had the better handle on everything that has been going on.
maybe the encumbents are doing there crossing of t's and dotting of i's to make sure there will be no come back if the environment arguments are dismissed.
