ROC has won a great cash cow and its NXS stock is pumping .
I was bitter about NXS giving up on its takeover of AZA, but there you go .
I'd buy ROC if I trusted AEL holders . Knowing that they wanted to exit the business what chance is there that there will be a long term sell down of ROC stock ?
