I'll be very surprised if CHM ever traded again.

ILP had a agreement, that by the looks of it, CHM just broke re Third party and assets.

To me it's clear cut but i may be wrong because the disclosure from CHM has been appalling and who knows what deals have been done.

How can the ASX let this sort of thing happen. I know the answer but its just another reason to get out of a ASX controlled stock market.

How can any of us operate on a level playing field with out of control bot manipuation and this sort of incompetence.
