    So if MMX had settled for 400 million when MMX SP was 2.00 plus.

    MMX would now be $1.18 because of dilution.
    Uncertainity would be gone (and it could climb again).

    CHM would have also have 30 cents per CHM share or MMX shares (Part there of)

    Every ones wins.

    But alas MMX believed crans 660000 times that all is good. THERE IS NO CASE TO ANSWER> Classic Crans.
