The 4-5 paragraph from the Blue Sky Power deal announcement refers to a loan payment for site preparations to be received by Dec 8. We should hear on Monday morning (?) if this has been received, which would be clarification, in my opinion, that the deal will proceed. Any delay and the deal will look very shaky after the delays of recent months!!
