Many unhappy investors, some still watching and not participating for very good reasons. They realsise they have made a bad decision but are interested in how newbies get excited about buying in at all time lows. They are also watching to see these newbies get real p#$&%@ off when they realise that this stock is not an investment and only good for DT.
The coal market is in the doldrums and it is the wider macro drivers that will change sentiment but this does not guarantee that this company will survive. Clearly a takeover is a real option but this will not realise a break even or minimal return on investment for anyone who was holding when they consolidated with the 10 for 1. This was the real turning point for those early investors and a typically smart move by the board and management to try and sure up investor interest at that time.
There maybe opportunity for reasonable return for those who take up a position now but what a risk this is given the history of the company and the coal sector as a whole. Smarter management, such as BHP, knew when to pull back or exit certain coal investments!!
