Just started reviewing the documents. Quite a lot of reading and work to look at all the figures/models in comparison to others prospectives.
Can I say first up that I am disappointed by the tendency of many RE (and other) explorers to show graphs and tables that exclude the most competitive competitors! eg. CUX shows HAS on the CAPEX and OPEX graphs (page 6) but not on the two comparative graphs (page 9.)
Next to the graphs the presentation states "Charley Creek has one of the highest HREE & CREE distributions" at 17.5% ... omitting HAS, NTU and TUC (which are about 75%) HREO from the graph!
Come on guys - do you really think serious investors are not going to do the comparisons?
To me it just indicates they are willing to hide the realities from prospective investors.
Time to go away now and do REAL comparisons.
