I suspect that FWL has a number of deals on the table in various states of completeness. Taifeng might have put forward their preferred terms which FWL is now considering while going through the motions with other party(s) to see what they have to offer.
This leak wont put Taifeng in good stead. FWL is like an eligible bachelor at a dance. Taifeng is out there bragging when in fact FWL hasn't quite decided who he's taking home to bed.
