I often wondered how the Sharks kept being so active in the player market being able to sign Barba, Prior, Maloney and Dugan after getting Luke Lewis. They then win a premiership and sign Aaron Woods to add to a premierships squad. Yeah, they lost Barba, but they still managed to be quite active.
Any administrator or coach caught systematically cheating the cap should face severe bans or possibly banned for life from the NRL.
