    bendigo, I agree with your sentiments particularly the quantity of shares on issue and the EPS. It could be argued that the issue raised the capital to fund the resent turn around in growth it certainly rules out any dividend of value.
    After digesting the information presented in the AGM address I am of the opinion that the next 2 years are going to provide us with an exciting ride and an increase in share price that would exceed any dividend.
    the creation of the Tap-house venues around Australia should easily be funded by cash in bank, cash flow and use of unused overdraft facilities. The first 2 venues could be fully funded by the cash at bank and earnings by the time they predict openings in 15 -18 months, then we could assume increased profits per year will have increased due to higher returns from the Tap-houses and predicted sales increases that we could fund another venue every 6 months.
    While my mind ponders other aspect like canning lines, Good Drinks sales relocation to east coast, brand in hand partnerships etc I will not try to expound on them for now as I will need to further digest the details first and see the report for the 1st half for this year.
