The reason UXA is not showing a profit from GAA is due to losses. From my understanding the GAA office is packed with people waiting for work. Lots of wages to pay and very expensive equipment lying around. Most of last year was lost due to bad weather and the minning tax which caused a loss of about 5-6 months for the year. Work was subdued even when it was dry hence the loss. Talking to an employee a while back it seems they are trying to restructure GAA at the moment putting off a lot of people in order to cut outgoings.
