I'm not sure you actually understand where this project is at in the development process. But I'm not here to school you so best of luck with your strategy.

If you wait to buy at 30, and it hits 30, then great. I too will buy like a mofo. However, if the impending news on final permitting, optimized PFS, confirmation of 1st payment from Toho, debt package etc etc etc starts to land before it hits 30, you'll be left holding an empty bag whereas I'll be carrying a full bag. And if you calculate the probability of each of those scenarios playing out, I know which one I'd back (and I have).
