One of the reasons I bought into TMX was because of the past hassles the management had to endure. I prefer a BoD who has had the 'in your face' experience of successfully dealing with significant unexpected issues. It demonstrates that the BoD is able to rationally develop strategies rather than hope all for the best will be the final outcome.

While I am as keen as any other TMX shareholder, I fully realise that the way forward is to have a BoD that is always focused on developing strategies that build long term shareholder value. It all takes time. My sense of the situation is that the general movement in the PoG will be upward this year and into the next. The money is coming...management just need to set the preparation up for all of us to enjoy its long term success!
