Another member reports receiving a letter from Collins Wentworth of P O Box 1338, Law Courts, VIC 8010. It says they have been instructed to offer 10c a share, having regard for the fact that the shares last traded at about 15c and the company still has significant issues to overcome. They enclosed a payment acceptance form and reply paid envelope. They said payment of $1000 (in his case) would be made within 7 days and the offer remained open for 14 days.
Laws would appear to have been broken so stay tuned for further news.
