They would have had to label it unjust and unreasonable but the Board would have been aware of that hurdle and would have just planned to ignore it.
The Board know shareholders are onto them as they would follow Hotcopper and I feel the next step will be DEFAULT as CONVERSION needs shareholder approval and they would know by now that that is not going to happen.
Bad news always follows prolonged silence from this Board.
Where is ASIC. It is so obvious what they are up to!!
