It does seem weird that there has been no notice of AGM provided given the extension to hold said meeting was only until end of January (IIRC)?
That said, the requirement to have an IER (Independent Expert's Report) prepared may well have proven a significant hurdle - objectively viewing CTL and its business and operationl practices would surely lead to a few raised eyebrows?
