With so much shareholder discontent you would think that Gandel would be able to get rid of the management. He has a director to represent his interests on the Board surely it would not be too hard to remove the problem.
The company has no future with the current management and that would be obvious to everyone.
Gandel has poured a lot of money into this company and so I cannot understand why he is tolerating this.
