FGE will do the placement for sure, anyone read thru FGE financial report will realize that will happen one day. There is nothing unprepared and can call as surprise. The problem is what is the placement price? The share will issue to strategy investor.
IMO, I do not think it is going to be lower than $1. So, what do we need to worry in this SP.
