You are correct, these are only rough estimates and calculations to give me some sort of guide. In order to properly value it at this point in time, i would probably use Enterprise Value/Proven reserves, maybe some other measures to arrive at a more accurate conclusion. Bottom line is i sort of wanted to get a feel for where we could see the stock price in say 12 months time, as earnings and fundamentals always drives the price long-term. I completely understand where you and Dis are coming from in saying that you need to take into account the capital reinvested in the business and whatnot, but it's simply too early to try and forecast what the productive capacity of all this investment might be. Therefore, IMO the most reasonable thing to do would be to analyse cash flows, earnings, revenues, BOEPD and so forth in an attempt to get some direction at these early stages of production.
