Obviously management did no know, they were asleep at the wheel!!!
Given the movements in their share price and the consequences upon reporting, the ASIC/ASX should have a very close look at all parties involved.
I would be very interested if any sellers had any relationship with the IT firm that completly stuffed up this project. I hope they have paid up their insurance!!!
