    Starting to look positive given the cost cuts, the regional newspapers have stopped leaking costs and the radio advertising looks to have bottomed in price and doing better than diabolical television advertising not to mention the ratings movement from FM to ABC channels and talkback/ news channels especially in Sydney and Brisbane.
