The way I read the announcements is that the Options issue resolution is to be heard at the AGM on Thursday 20 May as per the announcement on 19 April. The announcement on 20 April was concerning Resolutions 1-3 from the ASX announcement on 19 March about the share placements.

I dont believe the options placement has been passed yet as the voting forms for it were attached in the announcement on 19 April. The meeting results released the following day confused the issue.
